Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Tabatame ("we", "us") is an interval timer web app at https://tabatame.lovable.app. Contact: tabatame.app@gmail.com.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. When you buy the Year Pass, you buy it from Lemon Squeezy, and Tabatame licenses the app to you. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms) also apply to the payment.

2. Using Tabatame

  • You can use Tabatame for free for your first 10 finished sessions.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Tabatame. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must make or approve any purchase.
  • Use Tabatame for your own personal training. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or try to get around the free-session limit or the license check.

3. The Year Pass

  • Price: a one-time payment of ₪11 in Israel. In other regions the price is shown in your currency at checkout (about $3, €3 or £3). Taxes are included where the law requires, as calculated by Lemon Squeezy.
  • It is not a subscription. It does not renew and you will not be charged again.
  • It unlocks unlimited sessions for 365 days from the purchase date, including all updates released during that time.
  • You get a license key by email and in Lemon Squeezy My Orders (https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders). One key can be active on up to 3 devices or browsers at a time. You can free a slot with "Remove pass from this device".
  • The app checks the key with Lemon Squeezy about once a day when online. If a device is offline for more than 30 days, it needs to go online once to confirm the pass.

4. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, with no fee. See the Refund Policy at /refund. After a refund, the license key is disabled.

5. Health

Tabatame is a timer, not medical advice. Read the Health Disclaimer at /health before you train. You train at your own risk.

6. Your data

Your training log and free sessions are stored on your account. Settings and the Year Pass stay on this device. See the Privacy Policy at /privacy.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tabatame running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering Tabatame while your Year Pass is active, we will refund the unused part of your pass, pro rata.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not take away rights you already paid for.

8. Liability

Tabatame is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
